Elektroprivreda Crne Gore AD Nikšic is a vertically integrated power company of Montenegro. Majority of shares is owned by the government. The second largest shareholder is the Italian utility A2A by 43.7% of shares. Rest of the shares is traded at the Montenegro Stock Exchange and NEX Stock Exchange under symbol EPCG. Elektroprivreda Crne Gore owns two large (Perućica and Piva) and seven small hydroelectric power plants and one coal-fired thermal plant (Pljevlja).
