Concord Pacific Developments is a Canadian residential developer and real estate investment firm with focus on projects in Vancouver BC and Toronto ON. The company is based in Vancouver British Columbia and one of Canada's leading developers. Concord Pacific's first major project was in the former Expo 86 site in Vancouver British Columbia where the developer converted vacant land to a large condo development project in the 1980s and 1990s.
